These terms apply when you use santagreet.com or order a video from Santa Greetings. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Santa Greetings makes personalized Christmas videos from Santa for children. It is run by an individual based in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@santagreet.com.
Who you pay
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles sales tax and VAT. Creem also handles payment questions and refunds; see our refund policy.
What you get
- A short animated video in which Santa greets your child (or up to three children) by name, in the language you choose, with the words you approved before paying and the photo you uploaded shown in Santa's book.
- A private link to watch the video and a file to download. The link works for 30 days, so please download your copy.
- Delivery by email within 24 hours, or within 2 hours with rush delivery.
The film itself, its characters and voices are the same for every family; only the personal details change. The animation and voices are made with AI tools, and the lines Santa speaks are written with AI help from your notes. You see and can edit every line before you pay.
Using the video
The video is for you and your family. You may keep it, play it at home, and share it with family and friends, including on your own social media. You may not sell it, use it in advertising, or claim the characters or film as your own. The characters, artwork and film remain ours.
What you send us
- You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of each child in the order, or have their permission, and that you have the right to use the photos you upload.
- You allow us to use the names, details and photos only to make and deliver your video. See our privacy policy.
- Your order must follow our acceptable use policy. We may refuse or cancel an order that doesn't, with a full refund.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on the website. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you are. Your bank may convert the amount into your currency.
If something goes wrong
If your video has a mistake or doesn't arrive, tell us and we will fix it or refund you, as described in our refund policy. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
