This policy explains what we collect when you use santagreet.com, why, and how long we keep it. Questions or requests: hello@santagreet.com.

Before orders open

Until orders open on 26 November 2026, nothing you type or upload in the order form leaves your device. The preview runs in your own browser.

What we collect when you order

• Your email address, to send the video and answer questions.
• Details about each child: first name, how to say it, boy or girl, age, what they did well this year, an optional challenge, and your goodbye wish.
• One photo of each child, shown in Santa's book in the video.
• Order details: the film language, website language, price, promo code and delivery option.

We do not see or store your card details. Payment is handled by our reseller Creem, which has its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

Only to make your video, deliver it, and help you if something goes wrong. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use your child's photo or details for anything else, including training AI.

Who helps us make the video

We use a small number of service providers, each only for its part of the job:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and storage of photos and videos
• Anthropic: writing Santa's lines from your notes (text only; photos are never sent)
• ElevenLabs: recording Santa's voice
• A cloud computing provider: putting the voices and photo into the film
• Resend: sending the delivery email
• Creem: payment, invoicing and tax

Some of these providers are outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

• Photos, the video and your child's details: deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Order records (email, date, amount): kept as long as accounting and tax rules require.

You can ask us to delete your order's photos and video sooner. Just email us.

Children

Santa Greetings is for parents and guardians. We don't collect information directly from children, and we only use what a parent or guardian gives us to make their video.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers the website language you choose, and nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child. Email hello@santagreet.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
